I think the person who pretended to have cancer, raised money for cancer treatment, and then disappeared should be arrested because this kind of fraud is so bad that people will not trust friends.
There are many kinds of deceptions in China. The motive of the fakers is to make money quickly and easily.
When I was walking in the streets, I ususlly see some children with schoolbags kneeled on the floor. There was a paper in front of each them. It mainly said he/she had lost the wallet and he/she need some money to go home. They often asked for 1$ or 2$ because the traffic price in very cheap in Beijing.
I didn't know that! Are children victims of pickpockets or lying to get money?
ReplyDeleteMost of they are lying for money. If they are real students, there are so many teachers and classmates who can help them.
DeleteI am not sure. But there relly are some kids who were forced to beg for money by adults in China. Although the goverment has taken some action to solve this problem, but they are not enough. When I walk in the busy streets, when I get on the subway, I still ofen see kids who are begging now.
